Jail overcrowding

Jail overcrowding in Indianapolis is becoming a serious issue. Our murder rate is going back up, and no one has any good ideas on how to stop it. First, why not repeal all punishments for simple drug posession. That'll free up some space. I fear gang bangers more than some bartender who gets nailed for having a couple joints in his pocket.

Illinois gubner Rod "munch" Blagojevich has decided that any gunowner in IL who lives north of I-80 is by default a gang-banger. His right, er left-handed minion wants house to house searches for guns.
